The guys cut out more rust from the roof and were finally able to find good metal. Of course the patch panel didn't sit flat, so they are looking for another one.

Details on the build of my 1984 Capri RS Turbo. Started as a rusted shell with no motor or transmission. Now she is a sort of running 2.3T. Got her running in 2017 and took her apart in 2018 for some upgrades.

Color in the Engine Compartment!
I got a chance to stop by Jason's today and see the progress on the Capri.

Much better view of the color on the cowl:
The suspension goes on this weekend/early next week then the subframe connectors are welded in and the roof repaired.
Getting closer!
(Of course I cleaned out the garage two weeks ago during the ice storm to get the Mustang in, just in time for the Capri to come back!)
